Since I was a young girl I have always had a love for travel and culture. I founded Christy Smith Travel in 2017 and in the next few years added other travel advisors to my team. Five years later in 2022 we grew so much as an agency that I rebranded to Sunburst Destinations, LLC! We are devoted travel advisors ready to serve you!

Having moved frequently due to being part of a Navy family, I have seen many different parts of the United States. In 2010, I traveled with a group of Girl Scouts on a 10-day tour of Europe, visiting London, England; Paris and Versailles, France; and Lucerne and Adelboden, Switzerland.
I have two adult daughters. Danielle is married to Neil, an Air Force Pilot, who is currently stationed in Germany, which has allowed me to visit them and explore additional places around Europe. Taylor resides in Orlando, FL, and works as a performer at Universal Studios.
As an empty nester, I decided it was time to start a new venture. While continuing my full-time job, I sought something to engage me during evenings and weekends. I am looking forward to assisting friends and family in making their travel dreams come true as part of Christy’s team.
